 1C was normally EMI's prefix for Germany, but as the labels also show the Dutch rights society STEMRA as well as Germany's GEMA, this was probably intended for wider distribution, so I would just leave it as Europe for the moment. There doesn't appear to have been a UK Fame version - if there had, catalogue number would most likely have been in the format FA 3nnn until mid-1983, then FA 4nnnnnn after that.

 Added label scans and inner bag images. Note that the back of the inner bag says "In Germany available", so perhaps this LP should be listed as German rather than European? Here in the UK I spent two years looking for this album in record stores, eventually I ordered it from The Beatles Shop in Liverpool January 1986 and I was a little disappointed to find it was this imported re-issue with no textured sleeve and no custom labels.
