W.B.lbl ● 7th Sep 2020		As for Lion - 45's from the original cast album were put out on that label, and apparently the LP itself was originally intended to be on Lion before being switched.



W.B.lbl ● 7th Sep 2020		Within a few months of the recording of the cast album and Broadway debut, the original Sandy, Carole Demas, first joined up with Paula Janis for The Magic Garden TV series which began that fall on WPIX (Channel 11) in NYC and would be on the air for a decade.



LaurenceD SUBS ● 7th Sep 2020		Added variant front cover and labels. The cover has an additional Lion Records logo - no idea why, since the labels and cat # are for the same MGM release.



TheDroid 18th Aug 2017		I was fortunate enough that in a high school trip from San Diego to NYC and Washington D.C. I got to attend a Broadway performance of Grease. Interestingly, when I saw it, Jeff Conaway played the part of Danny Zuko. Conaway would later co-star in the movie version in the character of Kenickie. A friend of mine from high school, Kelly Ward, also appeared in the movie version as Putzie.



RecordDragon 31st Dec 2015		My pressing is a white label promo. Actor Barry Bostwick portrayed the character Danny Zuko and later went on to portray Brad Majors in the movie "Rocky Horror Picture Show".
