getalife 14th Jan 2018		Stand corrected Hawkmarty, must have seen something like “Jimi could play a guitar strung for right-handers but only when that was all that was around,” and thought it was how he played all the time. Is it true because he had to change the strings around on a right handed guitar it gave a slightly different sound because of the length of the strings to a purpose made left handed guitar. Bass being the shorter string on right handed guitar (not all guitars, only those adjusted from the top)



Hawkmarty SUBS 14th Jan 2018		Not true Getalife. His guitar was strung with the bass string at the top. Because his Strat was a right-handed model when Jimi inverted it the whammy bar pivot was at the top and had the most effect on the bass strings which is why his dive-bomb effects were so epic. Jimi could play a guitar strung for right-handers but only when that was all that was around.

deepinder cheema 15th Apr 2015		Peter Sanders who was responsible for both covers may have included John Peel because he was sharing accomodation with John Peel. Beautiful Peter as he was known if you read Clive Selwoods book ' all the right moves'.

YankeeDisc SUBS 19th Oct 2013		.....for what it's worth, I remember this cover, as a former girlfriend, who was into classic soul, motown, stax and the like had this album, with that sleeve, upon release. I listened to it with her, and I wasn't really impressed by the album then, and thought nothing of the puppets, other than one of them being 'Hendrix'. Looking at the sleeve now, it is apparent that one of the puppets represents Brian Jones, another is Bob Dylan, with afro, and a third is John Peel. I am not sure about the inclusion of 'John Peel', as he was still a radio DJ, whilst all the others were extremely famous rock musicians, I found this on the web, decide for yourselves.

I have labeled them wrongly the guitar is the Front sleeve, Hendrix head is back sleeve, normal right hand side opening, I don't know if KAB's is opening the same way? I will upload the interior shots later tonight hopefully.
