 Alec Somerville, a member of this group and writer of their songs, actually posted a comment to YouTube several years ago explaining the situation with Track A1 and why it was removed. After 3000 copies of this album were sold, the group got a legal threat by Guthrie's publishers over the use of his song, so unsold copies of the album were recalled and it was repressed with A1 removed as well as - perhaps to be on the safe side - the only other parody on the album, "Gerda" (though a 2000s CD reissue reinstated Gerda).
