Accompanied by 28-page booklet "The Unique Exercise Program" with instructions. No individual tracks or artist credit. Back cover credits the following: "Music by Barry White (Love Theme), Donna Summer (I Feel Love), George Benson (Breezin'), Disco Soul - The Brothers (Never Can Say Goodbye, Thanks a Million, Are You Ready for This), The Crusaders (I Feel the Love, Nightcrawler), Andre Gagnon (La Samba, Flashback). Undated, but early 1980s. Produced by Lesley Parsonson and WDEL; no record label credited - cat # from dead-wax etching.

23skidoo 29th Jan 2023		Discogs gives a release date of 1974 for this album which doesn't work with the music featured. The Saskatchewan Archival Information Network says 1978. It actually says Feb. 14, 1978 but I'm not sure if that's the date of recording or release so I just corrected to 1978.
