This is the first and only disc of 33.33 rpm thru which both Roberto Cassotto and Johnny Mercer had sung. Though Mr. Mercer was a renowned composer for more than four decades, he was one of three founders of the Capitol Records company in Los Angeles.

The one tune that was composed by both Mr. Cassotto and Mr. Mercer was Two Of A Kind, which is sung twice by means of this disc. If I Had My Druthers is a tune that was first featured in the production of Li'l Abner, whereas Lonesome Polecat was a tune that was sung by means of Seven Brides For Seven Brothers.

Finally, Paddlin' Madelin Home and Row Row Row are sung in the structure of a medley, which means that one chorus of Paddlin' Madelin is performed and a chorus of Row Row Row follows Paddlin' Madelin, then the next chorus of Paddlin' Madelin is sung and the next chorus of Row Row Row is performed.
