16 Warner Bros. albums had their catalog numbers changed, see BSK 3100 through BSK 3116 and Reprise had 14 albums given new catalog numbers, see FSK 2274, FSK 2275 and MSK 2276 through MSK 2287.
Yes, 1977 reissue because of the 6E catalogue number prefix, which signified (in the US) a retail price of $7.98, whereas (confusingly!), the previous 7E prefix indicated $6.98, and the subsequent 5E prefix indicated $8.98! All the US WEA labels made their topline price $7.98 in 1977, Atlantic renumbering many releases (though still retaining their previous alpha prefixes), and Warner/Reprise adding a K to their prefix to give BSK (though I don't remember them changing any numbers).
It's possible this is the 1977 reissue based on info on the linked UK release, however the label design is the same as the 1976 Canada issue, except for the cat #.
