Comments and Reviews TheDroid ● 9th Jan 2016 Felix Pappalardi found The Devil's Anvil playing in a cafe in Greenwich Village and began playing with them, intrigued by their sound. Their album is a mix of 1960s hard rock and psychedelic sound with Turkish, Arab and Greek vocals and traditional instrumentals. Pappalardi himself sings one song (Misirlou) in English. Steve Knight, who played rhythm guitar, bass and bouzouki would go on to partner with Pappalardi in the original line-up for Mountain in 1970.
I doubt this title would have much popularity in today's political climate.
