TheDroid ● 13th May 2015		Added 3D album cover front and back as well as missing label images. My copy is still in its' original shrink wrap, so the scans are a little "wavy" due to that. I always thought that Captain Beyond was a little snake-bit, having signed with Capricorn Records where they were a little unusual for that label. When they first appeared it looked like the line-up with Rod Evans from Deep Purple, Rhino and Lee Dorman from Iron Butterfly and Bobby Caldwell from Johnny Winter's band would be quite a group. Caldwell jumped ship soon after this first album and Evans soon after the second. The real head scratcher to me has always been that all the songs on this first LP were written by Caldwell and Evans, while their second LP (Sufficiently Breathless) has all the songs written by Lee Dorman. Ah, such promise left unfulfilled.
