Beggars Road

 @Rockslusk: Our Australian brethren, @Lee Wrecker & @PhilMH, have explained it well so nothing for me to add...

Unless you have additional questions...

 Hi guys, Discogs has a list of the EMI catalogue number prefixes, and it confirms that 4E was the prefix for Sweden, with Denmark being 6C or 6E. That's probably a better guide to the country, because NCB didn't appear only on Scandinavian issues, it could appear on UK issues as well (check the UK Beatles singles on Parlophone), presumably to allow EMI to export UK pressings to Scandinavia if they so wished. As for the US cover, I've seen a few European (not just Scandinavian) releases in overseas covers over the years (though I can't remember any specific examples now), so it is very possible that EMI Sweden imported the covers for the Swedish release; it is equally possible that the record came from a second-hand shop that swapped out either a damaged cover or a damaged record!

As another example of how confusing determining a country can be, UK Decca singles were exported to Denmark and placed in picture sleeves created for the Danish market, so that's an example of import pressings in local sleeves being local releases, the opposite of this situation where a local pressing in (possibly) an import sleeve is a local release!

 Rockslusk your images do warrant a new entry. The country however I cannot determine it is listed here as Danish but Beggars Road may well be right and it could be Swedish or Icelandic, Finnish or Norwegian (see here). All the data is on the label you posted the NCB rights is contained in a rectangular box to the left of the centre hole and the unique cat# 4E 062-91554 is under the Stateside label on the right hand side.

So, technically this Scandinavian 1970 release is on a different label (Stateside) and has a different cat# 4E 062-91554. NCB's head office in Copenhagen (Denmark) so that would be good enough to go on to enter it as Danish (along with the linked copy from a different site). If on the other hand you bought the album in Sweden it will be Swedish because the intended market for the album trumps all other details. Seems Beggars Road has cleverly deduced that you did buy it in Sweden and that would make it a Swedish release. So now you have all the information you need to do an entry.

What next? Firstly, create the page then come back to this page and go to "Make Correction" at the bottom of the page and ask a MOD to move your images (1942194 / 1942197) to the new entry. They may take a day or so to appear but they eventually will.
So why do you have a USA cover with a Swedish record in it? I don't know but will guess that economics would have played a part and this was cheapest method of production at the time.

Hope this helps.

 @Beggars Road: How can you tell it's swedish? Tha cat# is the same as here and it's printed "Made in USA" on cover.
I'm not critic, just want to learn.
And how do I remove these images?

 @Rockslusk: Swedish copy (images 1942194 / 1942197 ) should have it's own entry...
