{Images #936145 & 936146} would have been Santa Maria all right; Pitman's own butterfly pressings had a whole new typesetting layout, with the side, cat. # and "STEREO" designation all on one line, and the track selections, publishing, production, and "recording first published" info in 6 point Spartan Book Condensed with Heavy Condensed (vs. 6 point Gothic Condensed No. 4 on the original).

Here's the Butterfly labels, pressed by Columbia, Santa Maria, I think.

I would say the Columbia Pitman {Images #912346 & 912347} should follow the Monarch {Images #492278 & 492279}, but be placed before {Image #620092}. Just checking other Elektra entries on this site, there are a couple entries in 1968 & 1969 with the red label and large "E" logo (The Doors - Soft Parade, for one). The red label with the smaller "E" logo appears to have been issued between 1979 and 1983.

 And, in order, shouldn't that red Columbia Pitman {Images #912346 & 912347} follow the Monarch {Images #492278 & 492279}?

Added a front cover variant with the RIAA Gold Record Award seal and another pressing from Columbia, Pitman, NJ, on a red label.

 And thus, the newly-added {Images #732708 & 732709} should be placed before the Monarch {Images #492778 & 492779}.

(Another mod's comment: Done!)

29th Apr 2015
Added a second pressing from Columbia, Pitman, NJ which lists the publisher of A5 as Harms Co. From reading W.B.lbl's entry it would appear this would be a second pressing edition.

Reissued 1970, same number, disc labels are red with white Electra logo

W.B.lbl
24th Jan 2014
Added first-pressing from Columbia Records' Pitman, NJ plant, which listed the publisher of A5 as Witmark (rather than the Monarch-pressed {Image #492278} which listed the A5 publisher as Harms Co., which would have been on second- and later pressings). Also note, on the Columbia variant, the same ochre tint used for another Columbia pressing client - A&M Records.
