Vinyl Album
Notes Recorded January 1949 Also issued as 78 rpm set H-8 in May 1949, with discs 20558, 20559, 20560, 20561 Traditional fiddle tunes mostly arranged by fiddler Tommy Magness. The cover art appears to be by the great ‘50’s artist Jim Flora, who provided the graphics for many early Columbia LPs. The jacket notes have at least a couple of errors - “WWOX” should be “WNOX” and the Grand Ole Opry is noted as being on WSM in Memphis rather than Nashville. Images
