Notes

This was the final Kapp disc of 33 rpm that was both monaurally and stereophonically issued to the public. From Starting from Kapp 1542, Kapp no longer designated the monaural counterpart numbers on the front stereophonic jacket due to the fact that the monaural copies were only sent to radio stations, whereas the stereophonic copies were sold to the record public buying. From Kapp 1542 thru Kapp 1564, only the white label advanced record discs indicated that the Kapp still issued only these white label discs both monaurally and stereophonically. After Kapp 1564, all Kapp discs of 33 rpm were only stereophonically issued.
