 @TheDroid
This is interesting. I did some digging around and there does seem to be a recurring instance of the track listing not matching up with the back cover and labels.
I can confirm that the track listing on my Canadian pressing does match the order on it's back cover. However, the labels on my pressing do not match the track listing on the back cover. I'll upload some scans for the Canadian pressing in a bit.
Sorry if my comment caused any confusion.

 That is not true. On my two U.S. copies the song order is as listed on the labels, in fact, the song "Follow The Road" which is listed on the back cover, is not even listed on the labels and acts as a 26 second lead-in to "She's Not There". Perhaps the song order on the Canadian pressing differs. A few related comments to the single can be found here https://www.45cat.com/record/ka256 that I made in September 2014.

 The track listing on the labels are completely wrong. The back cover has the track listing in the correct order.
See here for correct track listing
EDIT: The "correct" track listing that I mentioned refers to the Canadian pressing. The order of tracks are supposed to match the ones listed on the cover instead of what's printed on the labels. I apologize if this comment made any confusion. Hopefully this should clarify it.

 I just noticed that the song listings on back cover do not follow the same order as the labels/LP's. By quite a lot.

 Added clearer front cover image with a nod to Tc-630. Also added missing label images.
