Vinyl Album
Notes Although the sales of discs of 45 rpm of Mr. Presley had somewhat declined during the British Invasion years, he still had a strong film career and had recorded discs of 33.33 rpm, such as Kissin’ Cousins, Harum Scarum, Frankie and Johnny, Spinout and Clambake, all of which were moderate to prosperous sellers. Speedway, which was one of the final films of Mr. Presley, was not only a prosperous picture show and strong seller, but was the final disc of 33.33 that was both monaurally and stereophonically issued in both the United States and Canada. Furthermore, this is one of the most pricy and difficult discs to monaurally find due to the fact that most record industries had only issued stereophonic discs of 33.33 rpm. If one wanted to purchase a near mint copy of this disc, one might easily pay anywhere from $3000 to $6000. Images ![]() ![]() ![]() Comments and Reviews
