Madame Streggae 9th Jun 2023		My copy was bought S/H in London in 1979/80 and is possibly a US pressing - it looks too good to be Jamaican! There's a reference on the rear cover to it being distributed by Keith's Records in New York which has been crossed out in biro, and the matrix is barely readable. Otherwise, the sleeve is the same. The label on my one however carries no reference to Angstar as above, and I'd say this is likely to be a fully legitimate UK issue as Angstar had the licence to issue Treasure Isle product in the UK via Mrs Sonia Pottinger. I've no idea what TUBE REPRO might refer to!



janiejjones 8th Sep 2014		If anyone challenges "JA" as country, I can offer no real proof for my choice except runout etchings; labels look too clean, admittedly, deadwax might be from a shipped to-UK metalplate, or even a counterfeit? Cover and pressing do not really look like UK, though. TUBE REPRO any clue?
