This shown black-silver label is a newer labelstyle and in combination with the NL-****** number it is not a TELDEC-pressing anymore, but a BMG (Bertelsman Media Group) Re-Issue, because TelDec lost the manufacturing rights and BMG got them. That are newer re-issues from BMG-Germany.
Later pressings of this album had no blue borders on the covers, song titles on the back cover, a top banner on the front with the old Living Stereo logo and the RCA International logo, and a barcode on the back, but with the same label layout - see Discogs. My copy of that also has a sticker on the back cover showing the earlier UK catalogue number INTS 5141.
Hello, this is an 1980s re-issue of that record and nobody will pay 38 Euros for such a record.
Your record-values are ridiculous and not serious. So, please stop to value such Presley records with unrealistic prices. What is your aim with that ??
