Gatefold sleeve and 12-page full colour booklet. The album title was inspired by Paul's housekeeper, Rose, and the album was originally intended to be a double. The credit change from "Wings" to Paul McCartney And Wings was due to the poor sales of the earlier album Wild Life, which it was thought might have suffered because the public was unaware that it was a McCartney album. On the back cover of the album in the top left-hand corner there is a braille message to Stevie Wonder that reads "We Love You".
