 Looks like a boot to me...

Although it has label codes, patent marks (but no publishing dates), and the label looks firmly fixed with clear crisp print, and a convincing layout, the cover seems a little less than "EMI production standard" of design...

.... not to mention th fact that I'm fairly certain EMI would have spelt "Shine On You CraCy Diamond" correctly on both sides of the label!

 If that record does not have stamped matrix numbers, so we have here a bootleg-record, that looks like an official EMi-Release.
