 I believe that that's Don Storer of Lord Rockingham's XI on drums seen on the cover, which suggests that the picture was taken on the set of the "Oh, Boy!" tv show. Surprisingly, Hank doesn't have his guitar plugged in. The bands on this show played live, or so we're told. Perhaps Lord Rockingham's were providing the backing, with Hank, Bruce (and Jet?) making a visual appearance
