 Earliest sleeves stated on that the bottom centre, back: 'Printed and made by the Upton Printing Group'.

Later sleeves read: 'Printed and made in Great Britain by Garrodprint ltd.'

 Uploaded the 1977 Orange German pressing which came in the sleeve that Stoutfellow uploaded. You can see the sticker applied to the rear of the cover which stated: Record made in Germany, Sleeve printed in England.

Also added the 1971 sleeve with the original 1st pressing Orange label. Added the 1980/81 New Black label variation.

This golden record volume 2 re-issue also used the dreaded 'Electronic Stereo' like it's predecessor.

 This would have made an excellent re-issue if they has stuck with the iconic Gold Lame suit sleeve from the original 1960 release. Thankfully that artwork is preserved on the German RCA International version of this album which was released at the same time and is widely available.
