To correct ppint's comment, this was a studio album, not live recordings. Hallmark did licence the live album that was recorded the day before this studio set. One of the more iconic Haley album cover images, taken from an appearance on Thank Your Lucky Stars in 1964. Musicians pictured are (L to R) Al Rappa (bass), Bill Haley, Rudy Pompilli (sax), Dave Holly (drums), Johnny Kay (who passed away a few months ago, guitar) and just barely visible (and cropped out of the Pickwick reissues of this album) is Nick Nastos (a.k.a. Nick Masters) on steel. Holly and Kay actually aren't on this album, while Nastos had graduated to lead by the time it was recorded.
Added Hallmark Marble Arch labels with this entry. Although the labels say Made in USA they came in an UK sleeve. I really don't know if this was issued like this in the USA or UK.
