 I’ve uploaded images of three more differently-colored rear liners. I can’t recall whether I got these from a pal who worked at A&M circa 1980, or directly from The Tubes themselves when they held a garage sale at their San Francisco studio/warehouse circa 1982. None of the sleeves are punched or otherwise marked as promos.
