Fokeman 28th Dec 2024		As regards the track B5, it was originally credited to The Lowbites (or The Low Bites) with composer credits Webster, Bryan, Sinclair but even on quite early issues Lee Bogle appears on the label and The Lowbites on the sleeve. "Shrowder, Bryan, Sinclair" was the credit on the Black Swan version. Webster was "Webster Shrowder" so it was just an error of giving the first name rather than the family name of the composer. He also appears occasionally as W. Shroeder on a Ken Boothe single. With track A6, it was originally (and incorrectly) given as Julien (intended as Julie Ann or Juliane) and the Gaytones. Juliane was an alternative name for Judy Mowatt. I've never seen her name become Jean (apart from on this LP) which is a long way from Juliane or Julianne. It seems that even on the first UK Trojan issue of this as a single, it had the wrong credits See here... although they eventually gave it the correct name "Judy Mowatt and The Gaytones" on a later Trojan HOSS single issue See here...
