The printers code on the bottom flap at rear of Flip back laminated sleeve designates....
6907 TPS Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patent No. 943695 TML 11109 STML 11109 - not certain of the exact patent number.
It would be a fair estimate to state the release date of July 1969, by using the album printers code "6907" = July 1969
The original US version of the album was released 17-Feb-69 on Gordy S939, details from track B7 "Gonna Keep On Tryin' Till I Win Your Love" completed 23-Dec-68 , listed "Don't Forget The Motor City" - (scroll down page.)
The mention of both mono and stereo catalogue numbers on the rear sleeve at the bottom is quite correct, as this sleeve was printed in two pieces, with the unlaminated rear printed section actually carrying the correct number for the vinyl enclosed (TML 11109 with note or STML 11109 with note). The laminated front of sleeve, with flip back flaps, would be used for both versions, when glued together with the respective rear portion of the sleeve.
As an addenda, track B7 "Gonna Keep On Tryin' Till I Win Your Love" would appear as a newly recorded version as track A1 on STML 11184, The Temptations – Sky's The Limit, a couple of albums later, in 1971.
