With acknowledgement to the original uploader Trainman, as well as TheJudge and TheDroid, I have added cleaner cover images. As I indicated in my previous comment, the back cover may be a back cover variant.
I just noticed a very slight difference between the two back covers, images #821380 and 542421. Image #821380 has a small 5 in the lower right corner and GAM in very small text in the lower left corner. The GAM is hard to read, but I'm pretty sure it's GAM because I have an identical cover that has GAM in the lower left corner and a small 5 in the lower right corner. Image #542421 has CSC in the lower left corner, but no small number in the lower right corner. I happen to have a second cover that has CSC in the lower left corner and a small 3 in the lower right corner. Are these considered variants and does anybody know the significance of CSC, GAM and the small numbers in the lower right hand corner?
