Fokeman 2nd Nov 2022		My copy is an early version with a white sleeve and only a thin strip (about half of the height) in black with the photo of the band. I wonder if this is a first issue or just an aberration? On second thoughts it must be a hurried second printing to avoid having the thumb sticking out like an obvious suggested penis... So I suppose my copy is "version 3"
