Images Comments and Reviews javajiver 19th Oct 2021 Some UK black vinyl pressings do feature the original Big Bopper version of "Chantilly Lace" instead of the Jerry Lee Lewis version. Never seen a yellow vinyl copy with the Bopper though.
Have added the UK 'Bopper' version plus pics. The Bopper is listed on the sleeve and labels. It has the same catalogue number but I've added it as a separate entry, due to the track difference. jiverjude 8th Oct 2021 Although the UK theatrical poster mentions the Big Bopper, the version of "Chantilly Lace " on the UK Warwick and Dutch CBS soundtracks feature Jerry Lee Lewis's 1972 recording.
The other European CBS and Japanese (Epic) soundtracks feature the Big Bopper's version. 23skidoo 22nd Mar 2020 I recently got rid of my copy of this, so I can't provide images, but the version I had was not yellow vinyl and the cover depicted a woman in a bikini with a popsicle as she was watched by characters from the movie. Malcyramone SUBS20th Jul 2017 Cover, label and coloured vinyl scans added. 23skidoo 15th Oct 2014 On the pressing I have, B2 is erroneously credited as the Arthur Conley version of "Shake, Rattle and Roll."
