And you mis-spelled his last name on this posting. It is RODGERS (not Rogers). There have been several different artists with this name, and this adds to the confusion. The spelling is correct on the front and back cover.
A correction should be made to the title of this album because there were two different LP's issued at about the same time with the same title. Correct title for this Decca album is RICK NELSON SINGS "FOR YOU" (with the song title in quotes).
Nelson's former label, Imperial, also released an album titled RICK NELSON SINGS FOR YOU (no quotation marks) (Imperial SE LP12251) to confuse buyers into buying their collection of older Nelson material. The hit song "For You" was not on the Imperial LP. The Imperial LP did not chart, and I don't see it posted here yet.
The Decca LP was released on 4 January, 1964 and reached #14 on the Billboard album charts. Chart run 22 weeks.
