F. Howard Jackson Orchestra - A Baby's Prayer At Twilight / Hello Central Give Me No Man's Land
Recording is April 1919 according to the notes on this LP.
The blue label version here is from 1920, according to the date of the galvanoplasty appearing in the run-out (see pictures here). Also Pathé used black labels for new releases, and blue for the year later reissues.

This record has a peculiar flaw: the song plays way too fast !

Lou Gold And His Dance Orchestra - Song Of The Vagabonds / To-Night You Belong To Me
According to Rust, the Gold side is actually Ben Selvin, re-recording the song on Dec 5, 1925, the two Gold takes being rejected.

Duke Ellington - Swing Music Series No. 77 & 78
Same question as for "Show Boat shuffle": Has "Stomp, look and listen" been released in the US on 78s ? Here again, the song appear on several Eu records but I can't find it on DAHR or Honking Duck.

Am I wrong or "Show Boat Shuffle" is unreleased (on 78s) in the US ?
I've found the track on different EU releases, but it doesn't appear on DAHR...

Frankie Trumbauer - Clarinet Marmalade / Singin' The Blues
There is an alternate pressing with different labels: same design and colors but no "auguille" appears; it is specified "Fabriqué en France" (made in France); and the credits show "Bix Beiderbecke avec Frankie Traumbauer et son orchestre" on both sides.

Benny Goodman - At The Darktown Strutters' Ball / After You've Gone
These songs were recorded in '42 and released in '44. Have they been released before (making this very record a reissue) or did Columbia kept the songs aside all this time ?

Read somwhere (but can't find the info anymore, though I can't invent this) that Publix released only songs from Paramount Pictures movies, and were sold only in theaters, where the correspondant movies were screened. Only a few hundreds were pressed.

That makes Publix Rds unrelated to Publix Super Markets Ltd.

Duke Ellington And His Famous Orchestra - Harlem Speaks / Chicago
Please enlighten me:
The Discography Project gives 8/15/33 as recording date for both sides and GB6039 & GB6041 respectively as matrix numbers.
Does the "GB" prefix point out an English recording session? If yes, doesn't it make that very Decca release the original release?
Thanks a lot.
