Larden 23rd Jan 2022		Vinyl Album Rita Hovink - De Beste Van Rita Hovink	In de week van Rita's overlijden was het album De beste van Rita Hovink uitgekomen. Toen het trieste nieuws bekend werd gemaakt, zette men uit piëteit de distributie van de plaat onmiddellijk stop. In april 1980 werd de plaat opnieuw in de handel gebracht, waarna ruim 35.000 exemplaren werden verkocht. Tegenwoordig zouden dergelijke verkoopcijfers een gouden plaat opleveren, maar in die tijd waren daar 50.000 verkochte exemplaren voor nodig.
