Plaatjesman 17th Jun 2015		Vinyl Album Joe Jackson - Body And Soul	The cover seems to be the same as the German reissue 395 000-1 , but it has a little addition. There a Polydor distribution code POL 263 left to the barcode. Which I haven't seen on any other 395 000-1 reissue
Plaatjesman 17th Jun 2015		Vinyl Album Joe Jackson - I'm The Man	On this Greek Nice Price re-issue the name on the label has changed to Joe Jackson Band. The only other I'm The Man LP I know of where the Joe Jackson Band name is used is the Dutch 1982 re-issue AMNP 138 This Greek LP uses this Dutch AMNP 138 cover. They just added a large Greek Nice Price sticker on it.

Plaatjesman 27th Mar 2015		Vinyl Album Joe Jackson - Look Sharp!	Another label variation added. It's the black A&M label, but with "Made in Holland" instead of "Made in West-Germany". All three label varitions have the same German cover. Although it has "Made in Holland" printed on the label, I think we should treat this variation (for the time being) as German. Only a new Dutch entry should be created as soon as copies with a "Made in Holland" cover appear. (Same as with the German reissue of Joe Jackson - I'm The Man)

On the cover it's still Joe Jackson. The only other Look Sharp! LP I know of where the Joe Jackson Band name is used is the Dutch 1982 re-issue AMNP 113 Also this 1982 Greek re-release AMLH 113 uses this name Just as all the English releases of this album they forgot the (!) in 'Look Sharp!' in the record title on both sides of the label. And on the track-title B2 on the label.

But in March 1982 there is also the UK reissue AMID 120. Again (as in all other UK releases) they forgot the (!) in 'Look Sharp!' in the record title on both sides of the label. And in the track-title B2 on the label.

Plaatjesman 11th Dec 2014		CD Album Joe Jackson - Steppin' Out: The Collection (The A&M Years 1979-89)	According to Joe Jackson's official site: "Quite a few JJ compilations have been released over the years, but in every case, the record company has just gone ahead without consulting Joe or even informing him about the release. Hence the sometimes strange track selections, awful artwork, and inaccurate liner notes or credits. Steppin' Out - The A&M Years, 1979-89, just released in the UK, is different: Joe was actually given a fair amount of input in all of those areas. So if you want a single-album snapshot of the first ten years of Joe's career, this is the one to get."

Also added the images of the pre-release promo CDR's. @beatcrazy: the track listing on the paper sleeve of CDR2 has the sequence as on the CDR and the actual release. Still haven't found a "corrected" version!
