Sinkronizer 11th Apr 2015		CD Album Pink Floyd - Works	Disappointingly this is a direct copy of the vinyl master so Arnold Layne and See Emily Play are in their abhorrently electronically reprocessed stereo versions, they sound like they were recorded in a tunnel!.
Sinkronizer 11th Apr 2015		CD Album Queen - Greatest Hits II	I have this with the "Made in UK" disc and the UK cat. no. of "CDPMTV 2" but the case's back insert has a different additional cat. no. of "598 CDP 79 7971 2" in place of "570 CDP 7 97971 2", I think that may warrant a separate entry for the UK or Europe?

Sinkronizer 5th Apr 2015		Vinyl Album Rick Nelson - The Very Best Of Rick Nelson	PS. Forgot to mention my sleeve still has the original "Sunset" record company price sticker of 19s/10p (99p) and as decimalization came into effect on the 15/02/1971 this is clearly an early 70's release.
Sinkronizer 5th Apr 2015		Vinyl Album Rick Nelson - The Very Best Of Rick Nelson	I used to etch the date I bought records into the run-out area using a darning needle back in the early 70's! and I can tell you I bought this new on 19/02/1971, it doesn't prove anything as to the release date but this is definitely not 1962.

Sinkronizer 2nd Apr 2015		CD Album The Rolling Stones - Hot Rocks 1964-1971	Gold coloured discs they are not, rather a brownish tint. the original 1990 discs manufactured by PDO in the UK suffer from "disc bronzing or disc rot" as do so many others that they and some other UK manufacturers produced. read Wiki's report on this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compact_Disc_bronzing Also this originally came in a slip case with some different titling, I will upload these latter.

Sinkronizer 6th Feb 2015		Vinyl Album Jim Reeves - Jim Reeves' Golden Records	Now here's a thing, I have the identical sleeve (front & back) which like here shows RCA International (Camden), however unlike this entry my copy shows RCA International (Camden) on the labels (without the dash in the cat. no.) and is Manufactured in England, also ℗ 1969 on the labels and © 1970 on the cover, now should I put label scans here or as a new entry under RCA International (Camden) particularly as I've noticed there are numerous entries simply as RCA when they are actually RCA Victor.
Sinkronizer 27th Dec 2014		CD Album Various Artists - DMC Presents The Best Of Dance	All of DMC's first 'Best of' series on CD (DM CD-2 to DM CD-9) became available to subscription members only in January 1990, DM-CD 1 'The Ben Liebrand Grandmix' having been released the previous year. They were first promoted in DMC's December 1989 DJ World Magazine as 'Coming Soon' and as available in the same magazine's January 1990 issue at the then staggering UK price of £22.50 inc. VAT/P&P each!

Also included was an order form for Electric Light Orchestra merchandise which included "Baseball shirt, T-Shirt, Sweat shirt, Satin shorts, Baseball hat, Patch, Enamel badge" plus exclusive souvenir offer of Roller skates with Sneaker shoes.
Sinkronizer 1st Oct 2013		Vinyl Album Olivia Newton-John / Electric Light Orchestra - Xanadu	Just noticed this album (JET LX 526) has been submitted twice for the UK, once as Various Artists and once as Electric Light Orchestra with A & B sides switched, neither side is actually designated as A or B even in the run-out, on the sleeve front ELO is listed first but on the back the track-listing reading left to right the ONJ side is first which also coincides with the CD version.

Sinkronizer 14th Jul 2013		Magazine Mixmag	July 1989 Mixmag becomes available to the general public! Formerly only available to DMC members it had previously included the running order and reviews of each months DJ only albums, therefore a much shorter spinoff newsletter magazine evolved for it's members called 'Rotation', this lasted until the end of 1989 where it became 'DJ World', these spinoff magazines then reviewed each of the months mixes and preview albums and included articles aimed more specifically at the DJ.
Sinkronizer 11th Jul 2013		Magazine Mixmag	Technically this is Volume 2 Issue 125 but no volume number is shown. I suspect the volume number was dropped at some point and no longer needed? Volume 2 Issue 1 was in June 1991 which followed issues 1-100 (1983-May 1991), however the first 100 issues were not listed as Volume 1, this means that Issue 125 is actually the 225th issue!
