Bel-Tone 0255-0256 - images added of 1st & 2nd edition - cat.nr, track details & notes have to be corrected. I have images of 2 copies of the original release (with white label Beatty), which thus is as described below by slholzer & rubedoowop. But a later pressing/printing has red labels on both sides; images from
archive, which also has the music (on archive, the link to the reverse is lower on the webpage). It seems that the record as advertised was never issued.

This was his first commercially issued 78, and features his first recordings, cut in 1945.
Prague Frank's discography of Frankie Laine says the tracks were recorded in New York, although this link says the location was Hollywood.
