Added Sleeve which gives record number as 5615, which is actually part of the RCA custom code, so presumably before the idea of 501 was thought of.

Based on the labels, this record does not feature "Repeated Phrases" on a second track on the A side; "Repeated Phrases" is the title of the B side.

Narration is credited to Peter Parker's Trainer and no mention of Tom Lewis. There is also no cat number on label, however added to same disc rather than creating a new one as I think it is going to be easier to track what will be a tricky label otherwise to see progression, but no objection if though they should be presented separately but linked releases.

Note the 45 equivalent does not appear to exist with a 5616 side
