This would date before May of 1948, I would think. That is when the state of Israel was recognized. Interesting addition, considering current events.

This record is from 1947 or 1948 (KZ. 1002 was recorded either in 1946 or Oct. 1947 per
https://www.sephardicmusic.org/labels/Kol_Zion/KZ.1002.htm).
The labels say "Product Of Kol Zion Ltd., Nathanya, Palestine - Made In England By Oriole Records, London, W.1".
The market of release (country) would need to be
Mandatory Palestine, established in 1920 by the League of Nations and administered by the United Kingdom between 1922 and 1948 and officially flying the Union Jack (
wikipedia). This entity is currently not available as a choice on 45worlds.
The
Palestinian Territories are a more recent and geographically much smaller entity, established in 1988, that does not include Nathanya, today's Netanya, Israel.

According to this webpage, the Kol Zion label was based in Israel and the recordings were made in London, England so I don't know which country this needs to be moved to.
