Thanks! I do wonder if the irony of a record called the "Standard Disc" only being playable on one specific brand of machine was lost on the original purchasers. Also, stamper numbers are 17 (A-side) and 13 (B-side).

That Standard Disc variant is a repress from ca. 1910-1911. In 1912, the address changed to Dearborn & Harrison Sts.
