camshaft SUBS ● 23rd Jul 2024		78 RPM Jim Dale - Be My Girl / You Shouldn't Do That (1957)	He also did the compere spot on Sunday Night At The Palladium in the 70's ! Spotted this record at a charity shop (22/7/2024) on the window and paid £2 for it. It played pretty good after cleaning the dustiness of it. Originally had this record handed down back in the 60's with another Parlophone record by Charlie Gracie playing Fabulous, a pity that was not on the window!
camshaft SUBS ● 20th Mar 2016		78 RPM Tex Beneke - St. Louis Blues March / Cherokee Canyon (1948)	Added variation to labels: A-side has a different box logo for 'FRANCIS DAY' : My b-side, has 'EH MORRIS & CO. LTD.' as the publisher, compare to the other two b-sides that has 'FRANCIS DAY' .

Also the artist's name on my labels is "JOE DANIELS & HIS JAZZ GROUP"! Perhaps the person who entered this could edit the artist field to this. [Mod Edit : Artist amended]

camshaft SUBS ● 22nd Aug 2015		78 RPM Willy Derby - Vlinder Waar Zweef Je Naar Toe / Eenzaam (All Allone)	Don't know much about these records, but could this one be a German release? It does mention Germany on the label, also the circle logo at the top has BEKA - RECORD G.M.B.H., pointing this out as a German company! I Know that the Dutch has different abbreviations for "Co. Ltd" etc. Anyone know any more info? Spotted another label that has Germany printed on the label, Linked Here.

camshaft SUBS ● 1st Feb 2015		78 RPM Victor Silvester And His Ballroom Orchestra - Cinderella Sweetheart / Is That The Way To Treat A Sweetheart (1938)	The scans show the labels that appears to be purple, my copy seem to be a plum like colour. Question is should I scan this coloured label to go alongside the purple ones scanned?

We did have a Stoll Picture 'House' (Which is now the Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre, on Westgate Road, Newcastle), I possibly do not think it's this one! More likely one of the numerous theatres in London!

The anglicised name for the label (using my little dictionary) is Noginskiy Zavod, the artist is Rina Zelenayar and track A song is Pro Mam, B is Staroe i Novoe. Hopefully I've worked it out?

camshaft SUBS ● 20th Apr 2014		78 RPM Alma Cogan - Tika Tika Tok / Chee-Chee-Oo-Chee (1955)	The a-side I've got Is the same as Redpunk's, so I won't scan it in, Howeverthe side 2 image I've done was taken with my camera, and if you look really close it does have the "Trade Mark Regd" but very very faintly. A-side taken on my camera wasn't good so used the scanner, and became the same quality as Redpunk's.
