JLC135 10th Aug 2020 | | 78 RPMTommy Dorsey - There You Go / Boogie Woogie (1945) | Yes, please.
JLC135 23rd Jul 2020 | | 78 RPMThe Finney Tribe - Alibi Baby / What Do You Do Sunday, Mary ? (1924) | How does it differ? They both look to be the same.
JLC135 14th Jul 2020 | | 78 RPMVess Ossman - Tell Me Pretty Maiden / The Man With The Banjo (1954) | Label changed to RCA Victor.
JLC135 13th Jul 2020 | | 78 RPMJimmy Liggins - I Ain't Drunk / Talking That Talk (1954) | Aren't these images of the 45 release?
JLC135 12th Jul 2020 | | 78 RPMGlenn Miller - Chattanooga Choo Choo / I Know Why (1941) | xiphophilos: Looks like a label variation to me, regardless of what it represents.
JLC135 10th Jul 2020 | | 78 RPMLew Gold - Confessin' (That I Love You) / Horse Feathers (1930) | Info and audio: oldtimeblues.net.
JLC135 5th Jul 2020 | | 78 RPMLouis Innis - My Dreamboat Struck A Snag / Oh! Babe (1950) | Comment by Taswegian20 (moved from Notes): Everything I’ve seen refers to him as “Louie”, not “Louis”, as the record shows. I’m not sure what is the correct entry here!
JLC135 30th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMEnrico Caruso - L'Africana – O Paradiso (1907) | Sorry. Yeah, I meant it has a more European label style.
JLC135 29th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMBand Of H.M. Scots Guards - Peer Gynt Suite, No. 1. Morning / Peer Gynt Suite, No. 2. The Death Of Ase (1910) | The record is much older than that sleeve.
JLC135 29th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMEnrico Caruso - L'Africana – O Paradiso (1907) | Isn't image {1806981} a German pressing?
JLC135 20th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMAl Gold - Pettin' In The Park / My Forgotten Man (1933) | Moved from Notes: YouTube video

JLC135 12th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMDave Melton - Riding / Pigtails | Comment by HBRALLAN (moved from Notes): The label name appears to have been changed, part on the name has been cut out and the word "Andy's" handwritten in. In the absence of any other clues to the actual label name, I have listed it as shown.
JLC135 12th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMMr. James Hudson - Miner's Dream Of Home / Don't Go Down The Mine, Dad | Bamboo: You can add another Cat# through the "Add Missing Info" link down the bottom.
JLC135 9th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMThe Band Of H.M. 1st Life Guards - The Contemptibles / The Mad Major (1922) | I don't know.
The type-set appears to be totally different to the norm, both design and font wise, which makes me think that the labels were possibly sourced from/printed elsewhere sometime?
JLC135 8th Jun 2020 | | 78 RPMFrank Chacksfield - Terry's Theme / Limelight (1953) | TheJudge: No. Whilst technically correct, that would be inappropriate for this Label.

JLC135 5th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMThe Band Of H.M. 1st Life Guards - The Contemptibles / The Mad Major (1922) | Thanks, Bamboo; I thought it might look like that.
Not assumed, but a definite variation. From the inverted colours in the border design, to the font style used along the bottom & running across the middle of the label, and, most prominently, the missing dot in the 'o' of "Aeolian"!
JLC135 5th Apr 2020 | | 78 RPMThe Band Of H.M. 1st Life Guards - The Contemptibles / The Mad Major (1922) | Hey, Bamboo: can you add your B-side label too, please?
JLC135 29th Mar 2020 | | 78 RPMOllie Shepard - Baby Blues / Don't Come Knockin' Upon My Door (1951) | Generally, it's easier to list everything under one artist than trying the link every instance of "... and his orchestra," or "... and his band," or "... and his _ with _".
Quote: "Is there some "rule"...
The blue text under the Artist text box on the Add Record page specifically states:
"Type only the main artists and leave details of orchestras, chorus etc for the notes."
The blue text under the Record Notes text box also states:
"This section is used to note the full artist credits such as orchestra etc."
JLC135 10th Mar 2020 | | 78 RPMP. Mackey's Band - Nanette / Nanette (1928) | 11733 is not a Cat#, but the matrix#s for the song (A & E presumably being different takes). Serves the same purpose here though.
Thanks to www.mgthomas.co.uk, cause it's not on here yet, we can see that 11733-2 was released on Electron 0248.
JLC135 9th Mar 2020 | | 78 RPMDizzy Gillespie - Charlie Parker (1953) | That's how big it was in the original picture. Bigger question: how did you re-edit an already edited image?! {2170273} did not look like that yesterday.
JLC135 8th Mar 2020 | | 78 RPMDizzy Gillespie - Charlie Parker (1953) | Both labels were fully pictured and there were no shadows. Editing them would've been no trouble at all.
JLC135 4th Feb 2020 | | 78 RPMThe Band Of H.M. 1st Life Guards - William Tell: Overture | Yes, it's the original release.
But, instead of moving images around here, a new entry should be added under the "Aeolian Vocalion" label, images {2142484} & {2142485} moved across, and then the two entries should be linked.
JLC135 3rd Feb 2020 | | 78 RPMFoden's Brass Quartette - Sweet And Low / Mountain Breezes (1921) | They look like paste-over labels.
JLC135 1st Feb 2020 | | 78 RPMIvor Moreton And Dave Kaye - Tin Pan Alley Medley, No. 6 (1941) | Label variant added.
