Alma Cogan - Willie Can / Lizzie Borden (1956)
Doesn't look to have got a release on 45, which surprises me. The blue 78 is notable for its lack of writer and orchestral credits, which drew my attention to it.

Lonnie Donegan - My Old Man's A Dustman (Ballad Of A Refuse Disposal Officer) / The Golden Vanity (1960)
Copy on e-bay now about the seventy quid mark (assuming not the same one from March 2018!).

Speaking as a non-78 collector, I'd be interested to know how many were pressed. Although it sold in the hundreds of thousands, I can't image there were that many asking for the 78, and by the time it came out there can't have been more than a relative handful of titles available in the format.

The Diamonds - Faithful And True / Little Darlin' (1957)
I was given a box type wind-up around 1968 and it came with two 78s: Johnny Ray's 'Yes Tonight Josephine' and Lonnie's 'Cumberland Gap' on shellac, so I assume the punter had a choice between shellac and vinyl. My mother had the vinyl copy.
