Ed. Deridoux And Feli Terwagne - Time Alone Will Tell (St. Jolie) / Domino (1951)
Can't find a reference to this particular release anywhere - or a release date. It's no longer possible to play as a substantial portion of the playing surface is broken off.

[no artist listed] - We're Off To Reading (1932)
Though this is far from an academic source, mention of Radio Normandy by xiphophilos and his link also took me to this Wikipedia page for Leonard Plugge. .
This may interest anyone like me whose knowledge of commercial offshore radio broadcasting aimed at the UK starts with Radio Luxembourg. There was more I found of interest in the page too quite unrelated to the world of 78s....

Thanks My Friend Jack. - perhaps I shouldn't have leant on Wikipedia. I do recall their factory buildings in the late 1970s and early 1980s when I was a student there. I think the only bit of Reading industry I experienced first-hand was Kee Klamps. I doubt they felt the need to advertise the same way.

[no artist listed] - We're Off To Reading (1932)
A rather strange little advertising record . Huntley and Palmers of Reading, England manufactured biscuits in the town until 2006. Youtube of another copy being played below:

[YouTube Video]

Though the youtube poster states 1920 as year of issue, I've yet to find any definitive source. The number A7 is present on the runout, which is the only identifying mark on the playable part of the card. I believe it may originally have come in an envelope.

Turner Layton - Smoke Gets In Your Eyes (When Your Heart's On Fire) / Lovely To Look At (1934)
Scans of a well-travelled copy that appears to have gone SW across the Atlantic to Brazil and then NE again - bought in Hampshire UK. Sadly the only disc from that collection that started life in South America didn't make the journey in one piece, though the label is scanned here.

Erm...hence the smiley at the end. Just acknowledging I wasn't on autopilot at the time of entry.

The Christie Brothers Stompers - Moonshine / Rum And Coca-Cola (1951)
Resisted the impulse to enter composer credit for side 1 as "Ad, Lib".......:-) Almost certainly 1951 for year of release but I'm sure I can rely on someone else to confirm it.

The McGuire Sisters - Goodnight (Well, It's Time To Go) / Heavenly Feeling (1954)
The way to do what you ask is to bring up the record on 45worlds, select "Make Correction" from the options at the foot of the screen, and ask the Mods to promote your new images. They're not yet circular label images. There'll be instructions in the 78 forum - most likely something in the stickies there - for how to do this.

Ralph Marterie - Alone / Once In Awhile (1951)
Scans added. Can't find a reference anywhere to this pairing, though both numbers appear to come from a 1951 album "Marterie Moods For Dancing".

The Mills Brothers With Duke Ellington And His Famous Orchestra - Diga Diga Doo / I Can't Give You Anything But Love (1933)
Scans to follow. A-B side numbering with corresponding matrix numbers in contradiction with side numbers within "Blackbird Record Series" - have used the former for side order. Appears to have been originally released - if not in UK -as part of a 6-disc Album in Brunswick Record Corporation Presents Blackbirds (as seen on Discogs))

Red Nichols And His Five Pennies - Avalon / Nobody's Sweetheart (1933)
Either reissue or re-recording of 3801 - I've gone with the order of the matrix numbers for side order here.

OR - if you can't run the scan and hold the lid at the same time - place a heavy object on the scanner lid.

The Melodi Light Orchestra - Puffin' Billy / Ins And Outs (1952)
Known in the UK as the original theme to the BBC radio request prog that morphed from "Children's Choice" through "Children's Favourites" to "Junior Choice". "Puffin' Billy" was shunted into a siding in the mid-60s in favour of another theme.

Royal Garrison Artillery - Gas Shell Bombardment (1918)
Scan added of label pasted onto the record's cardboard sleeve at a rather skewiff angle - perhaps scissor-cut from a catalogue or some form of promotional sheet?

A couple of ways to approach this if wondering about the ""actual recording" angle of the content. Option 1: Find a youtube recording, listen without reading comments, then google the title. Google the title, read all about the various opinions and background, then listen to it on youtube. Note: the actual disc content should be a bit over 2 min.

Royal Garrison Artillery - Gas Shell Bombardment (1918)
Something I just rediscovered in a cache of 78s to add - part of a collection including royal addresses, "Messages to the Empire".etc. I'd begun to think I just imagined I had it. The recording turns up in compilations of His Master's Voice historical recordings.

Frederic Lamond - Sonata In C Sharp Minor ("The Moonlight") Op 27, No. 2 (1927)
Issued as part of a 2-disc set with D 1140. Slightly perversely, D1141 starts the set, and D1140 concludes it, with another piece by Liszt on side 2 of it.

Arthur Rubinstein - Nocturne In D Flat Major (Des Dur) Op. 27, No. 2 (1937)
Disc 5 of the 6-disc album set 284A Chopin Nocturnes Vol 1 - D.B.3186-3191. Label added appears to be from an issue in the shop a decade later: S/T embossed on disc, L/T label affixed.
Would every disc of a set have been given the treatment, or was this maybe sold separately?

Raymond Dance Band - Valencia (Danse D'Espagne) / Why Do Short Men Like Tall Girls? (1926)
Scan of more complete publishing rights stamp uploaded. José Padilla Sánchez - the composer of the "Valencia" pasodoble, seems to have had his own publishing rights well protected in the territory of issue (British Empire). Discogs has an even more complete stamp showing on their label scan.
