Will Glahé - Barbara-Barbara (Komm Mit Mir Nach Afrika) / Echo Echo (1949)
Don't know if this helps - or is even relevant, but here goes...probably belongs with UK artist release.

Looking at the comments about London UK pressings, It's possible some may have originated from the then-new second Decca plant in the UK - not New Malden . I've seen a couple of references to a factory opened in Southampton about 1948 specifically for export. Southampton was a key port for transatlantic crossings.

If there's any identifier on these pressings, assuming both 78s and the LPs were pressed there, I can't find any reference to it. Indeed I've failed to find very much that refers to this plant, and I can't find out where it was located(I live about 15mls away)

Nunzio Gallo - Torre Del Mare / Vogliamoci Tanto Bene
Label scans added - but bizarrely, despite same scanner settings, same manipulation, one is much greener than the other. A more realistic colour would be somewhere in between the two.

The Victory Trio - La Paloma / Together (1928)
Yes, stringed musical instrument. played by striking with mallets. "Zimbola"' is a bit of a movable feast as far as spelling is concerned. In the Victory 7 listing on Michael Thomas's website, he lists it as czimbalum, In this descriptive webpage it's referred to as "Cimbalom" in its Hungarian form, among other.national or ethnic variations.

It all seems surprisingly cosmopolitan for Woolies.... and this recording seems surprisingly popular. Turns up again on Nos. 56, 196 and 244.

This one dished in a semi-corrugated way...

Rotorua Maori Choir - E Hotu Nei (I Long For You) / Matangi (I Grieve For You) (1950)
My copy distinctly dished which I've not seen on 78 before. Heat or something else?

The Revellers - The Blue Room / In A Shady Nook By A Babbling Brook (1927)
Scans added - side1/2 selection when putting this one purely on the basis of matrix numbers, however arbitrary this is for a pair of US-recorded sides with different artists.

I much prefer Gracie Fields, without the spoken preamble Mr Barmy (alias?) adds here.

Norton Colville - Love Me / Tango Milonga (1949)
Lucky this was already scanned both sides. Have realised my copy is glued to a broken copy of His Master's Voice B.D. 6165. Two or three given that treatment in a recent large lot I bought.

Winifred Atwell - Port-Au-Prince / Startime (1956)
I'm partial to a bit of Atwell - and others joyfully ploughing an instrumental furrow. Often much to appreciate - particularly if you've played the joanna yourself at any level. Interesting variations on a theme, if that's doesn't sound too pretentious!

Jack Hylton - Forty-Seven Ginger-Headed Sailors / I Think Of What You Used To Think Of Me (1928)
Came across this 78 being used to demo a gramophone - very glad I chanced across its eccentric charms. Leslie Sarony who wrote the song, had an "interesting life" if what is in wikipedia is in any way accurate.

Kenny Clarke And His Clique - You Go To My Head / Conglomerations (1952)
Oh....bother. Bought a big cache of mixed-condition 78s which had relatively few breakages for very little outlay. Then found a cache of cared-for-looking jazz 78s in a local charity shop, considerable more expensive. Bought the Esquire discs and found this one had crumbled inside the pristine-looking sleeve.

Ernest Hare - Santa Claus Hides In The Phonograph / Santa Claus Will Soon Be Here
Side A sounds very painful and impractical - unless it's an absolutely humungous radiogram.
