Adrian Rollini - Ah ! But Is It Love / I've Gotta Get Up And Go To Work (1933)
Moonlight and Melody in the USA was known as Moonlight and Pretzels https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0024348/ 1933 Movie and from imdb the musicians in the film soundtrack were drawn from
Jack Denny ... Jack Denny - Orchestra Leader (as Jack Denny and His Orchestra)
Frank Britton ... Frank Britton (as Frank and Milt Britton and Band)
Milt Britton ... Milt Britton (as Frank and Milt Britton and band)
Alexander Gray ... Alexander Gray - Singer (song 'Dusty Shoes')
Bernice Claire ... Bernice Claire - Singer (song 'Ah - But Is It Love')
Eton Boys ... The Eton Boys - Musical Vocal Ensemble
The Girlfriend Trio The Girlfriend Trio - Musical Vocal Ensemble

so this recording did not feature in the film

Ahh, But Is It Love? tune seems to cover the opening titles as well as into the film.
[YouTube Video] , it seems to be contraposed with 'Please Don't Go - what was that 'classical? piece that was from'? Visuals credited on the clip to Roger Pryor and Lillian Miles - was Bernice Claire the Voice Artist or is there a mix of the 'demo' for the song and the 'film of the film' versions?

Was this not used as theme tune for BBC1 'Top Of The Form' ?

YT tells me that composer is Marshall Ross (aka Ray Martin)

Didn't really chart, perhaps as still mainly driven by Sheet Music the A side was playable by piano, wherhas the B , not. Appears on a 10in I think Columbia LP

Searching t'internet brings up the rather good australian local newspapers scanned and entered onto Trove.
Discussing prices of Columbia, Regal and Zonophone and mentioning Debroy Somers with a couple of recent issues.
So The Examiner (Launceston, Tasmania (Collection from 1900 - 1954) Wed 20 Jan 1932 Page 8 Gramophone Notes http://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper/article/51722954 which gives the Regal Number as G21074. Perhaps the person commenting on YouTube recently might like to be a little less moany about the uploader as grateful the audio is there in any shape, form, or typo! (A side title....!!!) (Ahh, notice notes here updated with the Examiner info, but I have noted the source for the link, hope that is helpful for other reviewers for other records if they have the time and patience.)
