xiphophilos 21st Mar 2021		This is NOT an acetate. Isn't it pressed onto regular shellac? The label, for sure, looks exactly like a typical Victor custom repress of a record that was no longer listed in the regular catalog. These Special Order labels are discussed in M. W. Sherman, Collector's Guide to Victor Records, 2nd ed., page 195. These represses are usually single-sided although double-sided ones exist also. For a couple of other examples, see this list.
