 Can't be a first pressing. The record was released in August 1910, but the patent date listed is May 1912.

This is an early repress on a mid-1912-end of 1913 Victor Patents label with three lines of patent information, ending with patent date May 1, 1912, cf. M. W. Sherman, Collector's Guide to Victor Records, 2nd ed., page 75.
