Vic 18577 - Added A-side of label type (#2) intermediate between those already present: short rim legend and no text left of hole.

Your newly added labels, historyofcountrymusic, are a repress on Fall 1923-1926 Victor Batwing label with shorter patent text (lists only 1908 patent) and note: “For best results use Victrola Tungs-tone Needles” to the left of the spindle hole, cf. M. W. Sherman, Collector's Guide to Victor Records, 2nd ed., page 84.

Edlongus is not wrong. John Bolig's Victor Black Label Discography 18000/19000 series confirms that Victor 18577 is a reissue of Victor 65348. It further shows that what is called Hawaiian Quintette on the labels was in the registers as Hawaiian Troupe which in turn was apparently The Bird of Paradise Company, which I take to mean the cast of "Richard Walton Tully's successful play "The Bird Of Paradise". The group is responsible for 25 re-issued 1913 tracks in the range Vi 18567 thru Vi 18579, followed by 14 re-issues of 1914 tracks by Toots Paka's Troupe on Vi 18580 thru Vi 18586, all drawn from the Vi 65000's.
