Interestingly, Wallis Original was based in Linden, NJ, like Ruth Wallis' former label, DeLuxe, before that one was moved to Cincinnati, OH, by Syd Nathan, founder and owner of the King label, who had purchased a majority interest in DeLuxe in 1947. As said on The Blue Pages, Wallis Original was actually "a partnership of Wallis, her husband/manager Hy Pastman and Joe Liebowitz* of DeLuxe Records". Street address in Linden was 4 Yale Terrace in July 1950 (see also discussion on Canadian Wallis Original 2000).

* Actually Joe Leibowitz, who would set up a new Premium label in Linden, NJ, in 1955. The Billboard Sep 3, 1955 article announcing the new label also mentioned, "Since 1949, he has been operating Wallis Records, which he will continue to run."
In fact, a release year of 1951 seems more probable than the previous 1950 guess, considering the ads for #2006 in June 1951and for #2007 in November 1951.
Something more for a later dating of this one: Wallis Original #3002 (mx: W116/118), a non-party record, was recorded before #2006 (mx: W119/122), #2007 (mx: W120/121) and #2008 (mx: W123/124), and was apparently reviewed promptly after release in Billboard of March 3, 1951 ("Miss Wallis, whose chief effort has been in risque, unairable disks, does a lilting waltz novelty of her own cliffing ..."). So Wallis Original 2006 and 2007 probably came later in 1951 (and 2008 possibly only in 1952).
I'm guessing this was released in 1951 rather than 1950 because Wallis Original 2007, right before this one, is listed as the only Wallis Original record in a distributer's ad from Nov. 1951, which makes me think it was a relatively new release then:
