 I've seen eight recordings of "Bo-La-Bo" from 1920 and only 1 latecomer from 1921. That makes it likely that this is also a record from 1920. "Over There" was, of course, an older hit from 1917.

Unfortunately, http://discography.phonomuseum.at/odeonmx.htm offers no information to matrices with an SO-prefix.

 Matrix number looks to be SO 2308 / SO 2346.Could also be 50

 Interesting record. Please let us know the matrix-numbers of that record. Maybe someone can identify that band on the record. Odeon-Tanz-Music seems to be a collective artists-name.
