 "Fat Boy Rag" was christened after its inventor, Texas Playboys' guitarist Lester Robert Barnard Jr. aka Junior, whom Bob Wills occasionally called "Fat Boy". The video added by BigBadBluesMan is not available in Germany but it apparently points to the Tiffany Transcriptions version, recorded more or less live on May 20, 1946, some months before the commercial recording for Columbia. It's not the time for a profound appreciation of Junior Barnard now, but briefly speaking he was one of the creators of rock 'n' roll (or even rock) guitar. Here's a very interesting web article about him, with some of his solos sampled (including the Tiffany version of "Fat Boy Rag"):
