 Considering the Oct 1946 Billboard review (see notes), I have changed the suggested “Jun 1946” release date, apparently coming from Praguefrank’s Ernest Tubb discography as a circa" date, to a more probable Sep 1946 date. Anyway, the first new releases in Decca 46000 series, nos. 46013 & 46014, were only advertised in Billboard 14 Sep 1946 (p.27). Decca 46012, listed only incomplete in http://www.78discography.com/Dec46000.htm, was another reissue.

BTW: Inconsistently, Praguefrank offers Oct 1946 for Decca 46008, 46009 (both Shelton Brothers), and 46011 (Cliff Bruner), and July 1946 for Decca 46012 (Johnnie Lee Wills), all changed to Sep 1946 here for now.

 The first dozen releases in Decca 46000 series (nr. 46000-46011) all seem to be re-issues of older material: www.78discography.com/Dec46000.htm

 The catalog number 46007 would suggest a 1946 release. Did this really stay in the can that long, or is it a reissue?
Side B "I wonder Why You Said Goodbye" did appear in 1941 on Decca 5076 and side A "I'll Never Cry Over You" was on Decca 5846 (date unknown)
